IONIC FOOT BATHS

Eeeeeewwwaaaaahhh!!!
Yeah. It’s gross. It’s awesome gross.

The ionic foot bath has a special place in my heart. I was having liver issues that were caused by sulfa drugs, poor diet and poor elimination. I had done a super strict diet along with special homeopathics to excrete the stuck sulfa drugs. To my practitioners dismay, it barely scratched the surface and he had no other protocol for me. I went to a conference and another student brought hers to allow us to try it out. While sitting there, I spoke these words out loud, “It feels like someone is pouring cool water into my liver. Like, glub glub.” A week later, I saw my practitioner again and my liver function was above average! Two weeks later, it was very happy! Since then, I’ve had many confirmations that my liver was clean and refreshed.
By the next month, I owned the same powerful unit.

So what happens? The tap water is added to a bucket. Feet are placed in the water and the module is added. To increase conductivity, some Dead Sea Salt can be added. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the awesome display of gross. The module is designed to create a “super sweat” that allows the largest pores on your body (on the feet) to let out toxins. Nothing is “sucked” or forced out. Your body lets go of what it wants to. It is wise and will not release something that isn’t ready yet. Your skin is a secondary pathway of elimination. This modality gives your skin an opportunity to get busy.

Water color varies from client to client. Sometimes, it smells… a lot. Sometimes, it comes out clear but smells like chlorine. Imagine how much chlorine it takes to keep THAT water clear! Chemo clients have had great results with the ionic foot baths. One benefit of an ionic foot bath is the reduction of cellulite! What does our body do with toxins? It stores many of them in fat!

    1. The module is the part that is connected to the machine. It’s purpose is to create the ionic environment for the super sweat. It does not get hot, but maybe a little warm. I can add nothing to the water but usually add a little Dead Sea salt to the it. While soaking, you would also be drinking a water bottle of electrolytes to keep your body balanced.
